A three-part deep-dive experience designed to help you:

How It Works: A Three-Phase Process for Deep Healing

Phase 1: Pre-Intensive Session (60 minutes) – Understanding Your Patterns

Before the deep-dive session, we’ll meet for a one-hour session to:

  • Map your relationship triggers and patterns—where they come from and how they show up

  • Identify your nervous system’s go-to responses—freeze, flight, fight, or fawn

  • Introduce gentle somatic grounding techniques to prepare for the deeper work

Phase 2: The Somatic Intensive (3 Hours) – Processing and Releasing Old Wounds

This three-hour immersive session is where the deep healing happens.

Somatic Tracking and Nervous System Awareness

  • Learn to read your body’s signals—so you can recognize emotional reactions early

  • Practice tracking sensations in the body to move through distress instead of getting stuck

Emotional Processing and Releasing Stored Tension

  • Gently work with stored emotions instead of avoiding or suppressing them

  • Use breathwork, movement, and grounding exercises to disrupt cycles of reactivity

Parts Work: Healing the Younger You

  • Meet the younger parts of yourself that hold old relational wounds

  • Work through attachment wounds, inner child needs, and self-abandonment patterns in an embodied way

Embodiment and Regulation Tools for Real-Time Relationship Challenges

  • Develop a personalized set of regulation tools that work for your body

  • Practice real-time nervous system regulation skills for when conflict, insecurity, or disconnection arise

Phase 3: Post-Intensive Integration Session (60 minutes) – Anchoring the Work

After your intensive, we’ll meet again for a one-hour follow-up session to help you integrate what you’ve learned.

  • Reflect on your experience and how your body is responding post-intensive

  • Reinforce the shifts so they continue to support you in real life

  • Create a long-term nervous system support plan so you feel confident, grounded, and prepared
